Microfinance in Costa Rica

I want to talk about The Porcine Industry is one pymes that exist in different places of our country and with help of microcredit many poor people can have opportunity of work and change the life’s.
The Porcine Industry consists in the fattening pigs for the sale in Costa Rica and export to other countries. The pork should have meet requirements and quality standards of the “Ministerio de Salud” and “Camara del Consumidor”. The pork is healthy meat so it is low in calories and cholesterol to eat frequency.

During five month the feeding of the pig consist in concentrate and types of vegetables so it depends on the zone of country has to specific; for example in general the producer can to give yuca, malanga, plantain , potato and the other. The pig has three stages of growth, the firth is the initiation and after is the “development” and the final is fattening. In the result, the weight of the pig should be 100 pound for to eat for sale on delicatessen.

The cleaning during the development of the pig is very important for the quality of final production; they need to take a bath twice at day and clean the places where they live. The clean places reduce the danger of the bites and the diseases to infect the pig. The hygiene and the programs of the food is the principal reason for the success the production.

My family has pymes of the porcine industry and it is good business, but it is hard work and need discipline and control because when the business do not followed the control of feeding and cleaning, the percent of danger is high no for better, we loss of the money and the productions. So to complement the pymes with the waste of the pig in to several application and the productions cost can be reduced.

The Mozart Effect

Currently methods of learning look to improve our ability to perform certain tasks. Listening to classical music or playing instrument, is said to improve to development skills. For this reason, the Mozart Effect is a popular methods of study using school program to develop students learning.

The Mozart Effect described uses music of Mozart to retrain the ear. It is believed that listening to the music presented at differing frequencies helps the ear, and promotes healing and the development of the brain. By listening to Mozart's sonata for two pianos (K448) for 10 minutes, people can show significantly better reasoning skills, especially scored better at foreign language and math.
Another study say that after periods of listening to relaxation instructions are designed to lower blood pressure, as it is the case the epilepsy. Some individual patients felt better after listening to the Mozart piano sonata K448; there was a significant decrease of their illness.

New results of the Mozart effect suggest no evidence of specific cognitive improvements by listening to the music of Mozart. They said do not have evidences, no support for increased space abilities by listening to music of Mozart.
I think it is very important that children take music classes to improve and stimulate their abilities. They can also practices games about science, history, geography to develop their knowledge of language and math. So, children be more self-confident and dynamic.

The Red Cross Human Right Group

The International Committee of the Red Cross is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the life’s and dignity of victims of war and internal violence, providing assistance. Each country has an independent organization of The Red Cross with a unique symbol and the same objective of helping those who suffer without discrimination, and promoting world peace.

In Costa Rica the Red Cross was born on 4 April, 1885 when Mr. Bernaldo Soto Alfaro, was the president of our country, however in 1917 as a result of the big bang many prisoners and soldiers were injuries, so from that moment the Red Cross was established Costa Rican. Currently the Red Cross has a prominent place to take care of emergencies and natural disasters, public health system, prevention of disaster and is a leader in Pre-hospital care and ambulance service.

The Red Cross is a completely independent organization so resources are getting by donations from private or public companies, helping of users and work undertaken by the organization, For this reason the budget is limited and it does not have modern equipment or enough instruments high tech or even necessary tools to go to save a life.

In addition, the Red Cross work significantly influences the quality of life for Costa Ricans, also the work of the Red Cross volunteers is wonderful and I appreciate they do, without expecting anything in return. I invite you to help with the activities of the Red Cross for example the Tico Bingo, it can help to develop this organization that gives a lot of without getting anything.

Should employers be allowed to read their employee´s e-mail?

We live in a world where technology and information are an important part of our life. New technologies especially Internet, telephones, voice mail, messages, email are tools that allow people to communicate more frequently and efficiently, at same time, they make it possible for employers to monitor many aspects of their employees' jobs,. However, we know all information should have control and security. Many people in charge of security control of information violate the right of personal privacy.

Many companies in Costa Rica have most computer monitoring equipment that allows employers to monitor without employees’ knowledge. However, some employers do notify employees that monitoring takes place. In our country according to the National Constitution in the articles 64 and 65, this information may be communicated by memos, employees handbooks, union contracts, meetings or a sticker attached to the computer.

In most cases, employees find out about computer monitoring during a performance evaluation when the information collected is used to evaluate the employee's work.

Employer argue that they need monitoring information of send their employees is the objet to protect a security of employees and need protection the information of the company and other reason by employers to prevent inappropriate email use at work has an unfortunate, and check employees email to watch for any abusive language or racial slurs to other people.

Everybody deserves laws on privacy because according to its definition “ Privacy is the ability of an individual or group to seclude themselves or information about themselves and thereby reveal themselves selectively” (taken from Wikipedia Web) ,Privacy is essential for people´s development, and the relationship between employer and employees should be one of trust. Performance evaluation should be based on outputs. Why worrying about reading each employees email?.

The use of monitoring is needed specially in places where there are many people entering building, having ID badges due to peoples safety , but monitoring of personal information and emailing is invasive and unnecessary.

Monastic Lifes

Through time many men and women believe on a special connection with God and it is a special way of living in a religion according monasticism. The monastic life involves living an ordinary life with dedication saved player and server community service.

People live austerity in a monastic life, they are careful only eat the necessary avoiding gluttony they eat the "daily bread" that provides for sustenance. They have activities scheduled from the time they can get up, 3:30 a.m. or 5:00 a.m. depending on the monastery until the time of prayer and community work. In monasteries monks have to provide a budget so they have to work hard every day to meet their needs, while performing services for community to help families with low economic resources.

Monastic life is a human phenomenon .It is found in all the countries, and all religions such as Christianity, Orthodox Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and others, many monasteries can only admit men, for example, Miles The Tikse Buddhist monastery in Ladakh, India , Tengboche Buddhist monastery, Nepal, St. Catherine's monastery on Mount Sinai, and Santa Escolastica monastery. Also there are monasteries that admit women called nuns or sisters.

In Thailand meditation courses in monasteries has become an alternative for tourism. Many of them are young people seeking a sense of serenity and peace of mind. Upon entering the temple, students must sign a document committing themselves to spend ten days in silence, which can only be broken to solve a problem with management; they only have two meals a day before noon. They are not allowed to drink alcohol or smoke, use cell phone, or read book. Men and women live apart to avoid contact the opposite sex. Some monasteries charge $ 60 per course or a donation.

In my opinion of this life nuns and monks is an admirable life and it is a vocation responding to God’s call. With discipline, perseverance and love they can find the path to spiritual peace. For this reason it is difficult to find someone who this lifestyle leaving comfort, wealth , freedom to do want you want, thing that we believe are essential in a common life. Thanks God the world has this kind of people who can give a spiritual message to fill empty hearts in need of God.
